Because Heiche has six job shops specialized for surface technology within Europe and the USA (i.e. three in Germany; one in Poland, one in Hungary, one in the southeast of US), we are able to provide our customers with the best supply of surface technology in many major automotive industry centers.

Lean Management, so just-in-time treatment, is an important requirement for achieving a perfect process flow for our customers. Our customer production flow adjusted treatment of surface technology is the key of fulfilling their demand, even in large quantities and in a short period of time. Important key figures will get analyzed, documented and implemented into a work-flow schedule.

With our Customer Service Department, we can reach an optimal supply of parts for our customers. Often the surface treatment is the last step of the value chain on the component. Once completed, a delivery to the end customer is often the best logistical solution.
